How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider in our network. That person runs a local pest control or wildlife removal business and does the work themselves or through their own crew.

Tourgained Pest Control does not employ providers. We route your request and step back. This page explains what to expect and what to ask.

What Happens on the Call

The flow is short:

  • You describe the problem and where you see it.
  • The provider asks follow-up questions, such as how long it has gone on and what the home is built from.
  • If it fits, the provider offers an inspection or a written quote.
  • You decide whether to book.

Call hours and availability vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form if you would rather write it out.

What to Ask a Provider

A few questions protect both your budget and your home:

  • Are you licensed and insured in Florida?
  • What exactly will you treat, and where?
  • Which products or methods will you use, and are they safe for kids and pets?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Is a repeat visit part of the plan?
  • For wildlife, how will you seal entry points after removal?
  • For termites, what does the treatment cover and for how long?

Good providers answer these directly. Vague answers are a signal to keep looking.

Protect the House

The cheap fix is not always the right fix. Sealing a gap, treating a slab edge or documenting damage correctly can matter at resale. Ask the provider to explain what they did and keep the paperwork.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for a second opinion, compare quotes or say no. Tourgained Pest Control will not pressure you.

Typical U.S. costs vary by job, so treat any number you hear on the phone as an estimate until you see it in writing.
