Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Tourgained Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.

We usually acknowledge a complaint by email within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
